If you are an existing customer and wish to stop service at one location and start service at another location, there is important information for you to consider. First, you will be required to pay off any overdue arrears on the account before service is transferred.
A security deposit may also be required unless you qualify for an exception (for the policy and the list of exceptions, visit the Frequently Asked Questions page).
Second, you can contact us anytime during business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) to schedule an upcoming move. It is in your best interest to contact us as early as possible when you know the date you are moving. There is no charge for transfers unless the move requires same day service.
Finally, for you to plan accordingly please keep in mind when selecting your move-out or move-in date, please know that we do not transfer service on weekends or holidays.
